Welcome to the Rockingham County Baseball League! It is the second oldest continuous baseball league in the country - trailing only major league baseball. The Rockingham County Baseball League (RCBL) was founded in 1924, and has included teams from across Rockingham County and up and down the Shenandoah Valley.
